Try 24. $50 seems to be the new floor for AR15 lower receivers. I've seen some as low $38 + shipping to an FFL dealer.

PSA blems are $45 on sale. LPK for $45 and a stock kit for $60 and you have a complete lower.

One with a serial number, but there it is.
