I would only do that with written permission from the employer. Even if the system didn't have any major technical secrets, you could inadvertently reveal subscriber statistics or some other information that was considered private. And even if you feel that you didn't reveal anything, the employer might still consider it as theft of trade secrets.

If the company has public demo or instructional videos, on the other hand, you could use those.
